STAPLES Business Depot is focused on making it easy for businesses to buy office products. All stores are focused on making shopping easy. We tendered this project to the landlord and took the site from gravel pad to completed operational building in less than 4 months. Our team also handled all coordination between tenant, landlord, consultants, city and engineers. In addition, we undertook a re-design of the sun shade canopy to save Staples over 50% of the costs outlined in the original design.
