Designed as a restaurant and lounge, this hip Gastown gathering place is located in a recently renovated heritage building. The room includes the original brick walls, dark wooden bar, and sliding windows in a casual, relaxed environment. Newly added touches to the open plan interior include hardwood and tiled flooring, a space-saving unisex restroom, and coffered ceilings that are both original and expanded copies of the original work circa 1920. With our extensive design build experience we were able to take the initial design through planning, extensive work with City hall, mechanical engineers, and electrical detail. Significant base building reconstruction was required due to existing conditions. We also met unique hardware and fixture requirements through our trades resource network.
